How can I watch videos on my computer?

I'm having trouble with my computer and I've lost my mind (and patience) with this f***ing thing. I can't watch videos on here (youtube, southparkstudios, etc) without the vid stopping every 5-20 seconds. I'm not exaggerating, it's every 5-20 seconds on youtube and on southparkstudios, the vid will stop at part 2 of the episode and won't continue. I have disabled and repaired the wi-fi connection TOO many times and I've restarted the computer multiple time and I even checked for viruses, nothing's working and I'm rlly pissed off. If you can help then God bless you (I can't rly offer anything more than that) PLEASE HELP!
